    Bread???

    im of shopping in a bit and i want to get some some of bread to have as a treat once a week, i was under the impression that pitta bread was the lowest syn value but it seems not, could someone please give me some advice on what type of bread you all have and the syn values xx

    All bread is 1 syn per 20 calories so you're best just checking the calories on the packet if there is any.

    It's all pretty much the same syn-wise though. (Well, the bread itself is, once you start adding things like nuts, cheese, oil, grain into the mix the calories go up, but it will always be 1 syn per 20 calories.)
