how many syns in carnation low fat tinned milk

does anyone know how many syns this has I was going to use a small amount in the rice pudding thanks

Carnation Evaporated Milk, Light, canned, 2 level tbsp 1.5syns on all plans

Carnation Condensed Milk, Light, canned, 1 level tbsp 2 syns on all plans

Good lord! I got into having evaporated milk in strong coffee when I was in Berlin and brought my habit home with me. Wish I'd left it there now!! Must get used to steamed skimmed milk again, or black, or no coffee at all, but this isn't good for syns at all!
