Syn value of coconut rice?!

Hi!
I am just new to this so it's my first time thread-ing.

Does anyone know what the SW syn value of coconut rice is?! I was out for dinner and had pad thai but then tasted my friends coconut rice and enjoyed it so much, I had a few spoonfuls of it. MMMM!

Also, does anyone know the SW syn value of flavoured ice-cream per scoop e.g. banoffee flavoured or peanut chocolate flavoured?!

Ice cream is 1 syn per 20 calories and varies, so this is an average:

Ice cream, basic, Luxury ice cream, 60g scoop 7½

Cant help on the coconut rice sorry. Pilau rice is 2½ syns per 180g but I expect the coconut rice would be a lot more as coconut/coconut milk is very high in fat/syns.

This recipe serves 2 and uses 85g creamed coconut - this brand is 667kcal per 100g so 14 syns per serving.

This one uses 200g coconut milk and serves 4 so works out at 5 syns.

So without knowing exactly how much of what went into your rice the syns can be pretty variable.
