Ow many syns are in the little 30g pots please anyone? I read 4 on here, but then I see other peeps saying 4.5. They have not put it on sw online yet. Thanks x

according to our district manager (who posted in my C's fb page) it's 4.5 syns for the 30g tub

and 23 syns for the 160g tub

Ok Thanks, just as well I've not had my full syns all week, I thought it was 4

It will always be 1 syn per 20 calories as theres no free food in it, so if in doubt read the label and work it out

OH MY GOD!!! probably a bit late, but has anyone tried melting it? if i could get away with saying 'omg its totes amaze balls' i probably would but i cant so OMG!! its amazing, try it. lol

I count 3.5 syns for 25g and absolutely love it! It's my night time treat, I slice up strawberries and kiwi and use it as a dip. It's gorgeous

Will have to try this melted!! It's a dangerous thing to have in the fridge though! Where do you get the 30g tubs from? xx

I've seen them in all the major supermarkets. There's 120g in total but in 4 seperate little pots that can be snapped apart (similar to yoghurts)

They are on offer as well as the big tub for ,I think,81p in tesco
