    Ow many syns are in the little 30g pots please anyone? I read 4 on here, but then I see other peeps saying 4.5. They have not put it on sw online yet. Thanks x

    I've seen them in all the major supermarkets. There's 120g in total but in 4 seperate little pots that can be snapped apart (similar to yoghurts)
