Its too late cos I've eaten it already!!! but the syn value of Symingtons oat burst porridge (golden Syrup flavour!!!) is 12 syns for a sachet but I would normally have a plain portion of porridge so can I reduce the syn value of the porridge I ate by the normal porridge syns? I thought that normal porridge is usually about 6 so count the one I ate as 6 Syns and never eat it again!!! should have sprinkled some cinnamon on it instead...........
