Thread: Beef paste

Anyone have any idea how many syns are in beef paste? Have got a huge craving for it and I suspect it's not good for me. I have tried googling as I do SW at home but have had no joy.

shipphams beef baste 35g = 3.5 syns. Chicken 35g = 3 syns ( extra easy plan)

Mmmm, I used to love paste sandwiches when I was a kid! Beef paste between two slices of thick white bread heaven!

Thanks was expecting far worse to be honest. That's my treat for today sorted.

I love it with buttery white bread (YUM!) but I will be using just my weightwatchers brown, hopefully it's just as nice.
