    help! brain's not working!

I am planning burgers for dinner, but have used my hexb for my toast this morning. so do I change my mind and use it for the roll tonight and syn this morning's toast? or am I just over complicating things?

What have you had today, could you make it a Red day and have two HEXB's?

Just syn whichever is the least syns Or could you have the burger without the bread?

tbh if youre going to have the burger anyway it doesn't really matter what 'day' you call it Giving it a name is just to guide you on what else to have that day (or not to have, eg the extra bread )

As long as it's a HEb sized wholemeal roll the syns should be the same (6) if you're on EE otherwise you can have 2 x HEb's can't you?

EDIT: Haha, beat me to it!

No, chickpeas aren't free on a Red day.

Have you got enough syns left to just syn the roll? If its a HEX worth its only 6 syns, no biggie.
