Help!

4 chunky battered cod fillets, frozen, Morrisons.

Put that into syns online I got 7 syns per serving. Put it in myself with the calculator I get 3?!

the breaded ones are 3 but says the chuncky golden batter ones are 7

I just used the calcualtor and got them to 5.5 on red and EE and 9 on green per 100g

Using cod as Free food the calculator gives:

27 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy

Thats for the whole 500g pack - so if there are 4 in a pack that's 7 syns each - which corresponds to the value you got from syns online.

How did you get 3 on the calculator?
