Lempsips!

Iv had the flu the past few days and been using lempsips and beechams powder drinks for congestion relief. I'm just wondering of they have any syns?! Iv had a look on the slimming world app. I couldn't find them but now panicking thinking iv had 4 in one day! Please some one tell me there are synless! Any help would be great!
