Camden Food Co. Help

Hi guys - does anyone have any idea how many syns are in the camden food company soups?? I had the sweetcorn & bacon chowder today but I cant find any nutritional value anywhere!!?? Ive only used 5 syns today so im hoping its no more than 10 but ive no idea!!!

Sorry hun, Camden Food Co is not on Syns Online. Is this the actual brand or is it a sub brand? Could it be listed under anything else? :-(

If in doubt, read the ingredients list. The ingredients go from biggest amount to lowest amount. So if it says 'cream' but cream is way down the list, you know it's not too bad. Likewise if cream is high on the list, you'll know there was a fair few syns in the product. It's not an accurate way to calculate, but at least you'll have some sort of idea of what you've consumed.

Pre-made soups don't get a free food allowance so it's just a case of 1 syn for every 20 calories. be warned, it's likely to be high though .

ETA It says on their website that the soups are less than 150 calories so I would take it as 7.5 syns to be safe.
