I didnt go thrugh them individiually, I just wrote "lamb shank" in Keyword.

Couldnt find any of those ones in tesco they only had the frozen finest which have 17.6 g of fat & 8.2g saturated fat. I bought them as I really fancy some, so hopefully they aren't too high in syns!

The 8½ is for half the pack I think ("575g serving"), the whole pack will be 17.
