I wondered if anyone knew the syns in these new yogurts please. I am about to rejoin SW on wednesday but have been eating these new yogurts and wanted to know the syn value if possible.
Been at WW for about 5 weeks with a friend and put on 3lbs, mainly due to the fact of the new system and the 49 points at extras, in my head that lead me and her to sweets and the vodka for her. Anyway going to change as 48 today and right fed up with this on off dieting and todays the day to change. Plus I think the menopause has just found me, almost 6 weeks now with out one and before for all my years it was dead on time to day and hour sometimes. So folks just on to say hello and thanks for any help with the yogurts.
