I know they are only 1 pp does anyone know how many sins, they r in a small sachet and u add hot water but i was gonna mix it with quark or greek yog what do u think

20 cals = i syn so if mixed with hot water ,quark ect just work the syns out for choc sachet and you are mixing it with syn free stuff hope this helps

They are 2 syns my daughter drinks them when she hasn't had enough syns
