Random starting now!help

I have done sw before and starting again now as I have gained a few pounds : / can't access online as I have not been to my group for so long.
Only decided to start again like just this second...
Was wondering if someone can help me with syns to what Iv eaten already...

Oats so simple- heb
T spn jam
Tspn golden syrup
5 fruit mentos

Quornbacon sins?

Any help would b great

Hi, you can do a search on this thread to see if there's more answers but I found the following:

Syrup - per LEVEL tbsn = 2 syns therefore, a level tspn would be less than 1 syn.

Couldn't find a question on Jam but I'd tend to use the above figures as the two are quite similar.

Mentos - depends on whether they were sugar free. Regular ones are 10 cals each therefore they'd be 1/2 syn each but the sugar free ones are only 4 cals each so you can have 5 sweets for 1 syn.

On the above 3 items, as they have no free food allowance, you can use the 20 cals = 1 syn rule.
