Green tea

I drink loads of it with fresh lemon, not sure about helping weight loss, I've done really well but have stuck to plan 100% so can't compare, it all helps towards the recommended two litres of fluid a day anyways!?
 
Green tea doesn't make you lose weight. Its been suggested that drinking 4-6 cups a day on a continual basis can raise your metabolism (spelling?) which in turn helps with weight loss. Drinking it cold doesn't work though xx
