Avocado syn?

I've tried searching the forum, the SW website and all my books to find the syn value of an avocado!?! Does anyone know? I'm guessing it's not free?

Thanks for that Patchwork Puss, I did do a search I promise and it didn't come up with anything, perhaps cos I'm using my phone?? Anyhoo, think I'll be staying away from avocado with that syn value!! Thanks again x

Avocado, fresh or pureed, 100g 9½

Your average avocado will be well over 100g though, so 14 syns might be about right for the whole avocado, youd have to weigh it. Tbh I'd expect an average avocado to be a bit more.
