I have made a big bowlof potato salad and thought I would look up how many syns after I did it I now have made a mistake I can only see see values per tablespoon.

Hellsmans light may how many per 100GM

Heinz how many 30% fat salad cream per 100gms. It is a big bowl full but needs to know how many syns.

Thanks for your help

Can't really help but why don't you weigh a tablespoon full then divide the weight of what you used to find out how many tablespoons worth you used then multiply to find syns?

hi

I am in work and may not have time before I run off to class , an 100gr of either was not a lot and would think it would be about 16-18syns and would feed 6 to 10 people.

They'll all be 1 syn per 20 calories as no free food.

You can nearly always find out the calories in anything by going to a supermarket site and checking the NV's :

Hellmans light = 297 cal/100g so 15 syns per 100g.

Heinz Light = 236 cal/100g so 12 syns per 100g.

Yes they would be, depending on what plan you are following, but the syn values given were for the mayo and salad cream which do not contain any free foods.

sorry if this is too late but here's a recipe for you

57g/2oz seedless grapes, halved
