Extra easy question

Hi all,
I've been doing s/w for over a year and only ever do green and red.

I want have a crack at extra easy, never fancied it as not a fruit person but close to target now and slowing so thought I'd shake things up.

I have a question. If I have my mini shredded wheat with a muller poured over the top (usual breakfast) would 1 banana be enough fruit? Or would I really need 2?

Hope you can help and sorry if this is in the wrong place but couldn't see a fitting section to post

Thanks

Vicki

You dont eat the superfree *as well as* what you'd eat anyway, you use it to pad out your portions so you eat *a bit less of* the free stuff. So theres no point eating an extra banana for the sake of it unless it means you eat *less* shredded wheat than you would do otherwise. So one banana is fine if its not going to make you eat any less shreddies.

Brekky is tricky anyway, if youre thinking of trying to incorporate SF into your breakfast you might be better off omitting your HEXB from breakfast at all and just eating fruit & yoghurt or something and saving your HEXB for later in the day, since you only get 1 HEXB in EE.

I understand what you are saying, however I am partial to a mid morning snack such as a 2 finger kitkat or 1 alpen light so I was hoping eating a banana with brekkie would stop that.

You can do that if you think it will fill you up and stop you snacking its a great idea, but its not necessary as part of the 1/3 superfree rule. Deffo do it if it keeps you full though. :)

Take your other banana to work to snack on? Thats what i do :)
