Is all Couscous free on green? I did a search on here but I can't find anything. Or is there any low syn couscous I can buy anywhere? Thanks x

Plain dried couscous is free but some of the pre-packed ones have syns in. A search brings up gazillions of syn threads with "cous cous" in the title, pick a few of those and you should find the answers you need.

Plain cous cous that you cook yourself is free but the flavoured ones have a small syn value. Actual syns will depend on brand and flavour. Which one did you mean?

I bought plain couscous and will add veg and stuff too it myself, save the syns
