OK, is that per 100g or per portion? And what is the portion size?
Also what is the Free food (top ingredient on the list). (I know it might be chicken, but it might be tomato or something instead - only the two top ingredients count)

Pilau Rice (43%);
Korma Sauce;
Marinated Chicken Breast (18%)

Obviously I am looking at this from an Extra Easy point of view (chicken and rice etc)
