Asda Great Stuff Lamb Hotpot

I've searched unsuccessfully under various permutations so, would be grateful if a kind soul would see if they can find this in a revised Supermarket Branded list or perhaps work out on the syn calculator please. The range is reduced at the mo and I bought one for my visiting GD - it looked and smelled delish and would be brill for emergency lunches at work (syn fairy permitting).

The pack serves 1 & is 330g in weight:

240 Cals
26g Carb
9g Fat
4g Fibre
12g Protein

I'm hoping it's listed in a brand list because the 'Free Food Allowance' may be a bit difficult to fathom for the calculator! The 1st listed on the ingredients is 80% lamb hotpot sauce - which is water, minced lamb, onion, leek, carrot, garden peas, tomato & courgette. There's other free items but there's also cornflour, raw cane sugar, caramelised sugar syrup & veg oil mentioned towards the end of the list.

Arew those the syns per 100g or per portion? If per portion its
5 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy. Thats using Lamb as Free food.

The only thing I can see on syns online is this:

Lamb Hotpot, canned, 400g can 7

Thanks Ermintrude - it is per serving (300g).

I might treat myself once in a while but hope SW will research/include the full range before too long (there's a cottage pie & lasagne too).
