Syn value of Soreen Banana loaf

Hi,
I'm a newbie on here. Just wondering if anyone could help me with the syn value of Soreen Banana loaf on either Original or Green days. My husband has recently started Slimming World and is doing well. He wants to make sure that he sticks within syn values so if anyone could answer my question that would be very much appreciated
