Real gravy

Hi there. Going to my mums for dinner today as OH is out playing golf, & was thinking of having instant gravy & synning it like I usually do but my mum makes the best gravy & am thinking of having it as a treat. Any ideas on roughly how many syns pls? it's made with meat fat/juices and flour, water from all the veggies & gravy browning???
 
does your mum use flour to make a roux*?(*to thicken it) if so syn that and add a bit of syn for the fat of the meat juices. I've done it for the rare occasions I had real gravy and it's not affected my loss.

Yes she does. Ok thanks, think I will just be good for the rest of the day if I decide to have it!
