Egg noodles are free if dry I think, but if fresh they add oil to them so they will be synned. How much depends on which ones I think. I imagine there will be syns in the sauce too but I don't have access online so hopefully someone else can check that for you

Can you be more specific about what it is? If it's the fresh noodles that come provided with a sachet then yes it would have syns. Dried noodles are free but any sauces will have a syn value.
