How many should i count ?

I had lunch out today and it was pasta with bacon & onion in a tomato sauce. I am thinking of counting 6 syns for this ( for the oil) as I am having an EE day. Is this about right.

PS my IBS kicked in so not much retained at all lol ( too much info)

lol, I feel your pain. I have no idea how many to count, but if it was enough to set off your IBS perhaps 6 is about right.
