Syn on extra easy day

Can anyone tell me how many syn I can have on a extra easy day as am getting confused as some people say 5 syns and other 15 syns

Also if I drunk 8 glasses of sugar free squash would that be classified as my daily allowance and not syn

Hi! You can have between 5 and 15- totally up to you but I would start with 10-15 and then reduce them if you feel you need to. You should have 5 absolute minimum.
No added sugar squash is free so you can drink as much as you want- it doesnt cone out of your syns. In the main forum there are threads for people who are new to the plan that explain everything- check them out!
