Gaviscon - Please help me, I'm new to SW!

I would so appreciate it if someone could tell me how things stand with Heartburn remedies? I have a bottle of Gaviscon Double Action Mint. Should I count it as syns? Although it doesn't give any info on the bottle such as how many calories, it tastes like sugary syrup! So I imagine it must have some syn value?

Also, if that Gaviscon is bad, does anyone know of an alternative which would be... less bad?!

I checked using the Syns Online tool and it says that Gaviscon Heartburn & Indigestion Liquid/Tablets, 100g, is Free on Extra Easy, Red and Green.
