Technically not a Syns question...well maybe it is. I've lost my free and super free book. Anyone know off hand if butter beans are super free?

Not superfree, but they are free, and super speed and high fibre AND extra healthy!

I <3 butter beans, I eat them all the time, including straight out of the tin!

Just had some in a stir-fry too
