hi can anyone clarify please. Did a search on here for thousand island dressing - result was 1/2 syn for one level tbsp of kraft light thousand island BUT remembered i saw it in my book before but that states Thousand Island dressing, reduced calorie would be 1.5 syns - does anyone know for sure or is does it simply depend on the brand?

Any non-branded item listed on SW is always going be an average as brands do vary in what they put into products. So you're always best knowing the exact brand
EDIT: a quick scan on syns online are showing me brands varying between 0.5 and 3.5 syns per tablespoon. Thats a big difference, so best to syn by the exact brand you're using
