Does anybody know the syn values for the iceland "takeaway style" currys? Usually tikka masala, the yellow pilau rice, Bombay potatoes and a korma? Not all at once obviously!

the tikka massala is 10.5 syns on ee.
the pilau rice is also 10.5 syns on ee!!!!!
the chicken korma is 13.5 syns.

These are the closest I can see:

Indian Takeaway Chicken Tikka Masala, frozen, 375g pack 10½
Chicken Tikka Balti, frozen, 450g pack 14½
Chicken Tikka Masala Balti, frozen, 450g pack 18½

Simple to Cook Tikka Masala Chicken in a Creamy Tikka Sauce, twin pack, frozen, 235g each 5½

There is a new range out now, the Mumbai range. Anyone know the syn value for Iceland Mumbai tandoori shashlik please?
