Sorry guys can't find it any where, does anyone have the sun value for Heinz extra light salad cream in table spoon measures??? Thank you in advance

Salad Cream Light, 70% Less Fat, 1 level tbsp 1

You can always work these out using the 1 syn per 20 calories rule

Yep, because nothing in it is free and anyway its a sauce so it wouldnt qualify.
