I does anyone know the syn value of the swizzles and maltow rainbow drops i cant find info on here as im on my phone sorry if its repeat it was a bag of 4 maybe 28g each bag

28g is 84 cals so 4 syns is about right

Think I used to put them at 4 syns. Cannot understand why there is no info, even emailed them and they never got back to me. Have not had them for a while but do like them and they last ages, if you can do one at a time
