Avtivia Banoffee & Berry/Apple cruble

Just bought the above. They are limited edition and 0% fat free.

Think they are too new to be in the syns directory online as I have checked and not listed.

So, I thought I would check using syn calculator and the Banoffee is coming in as a whopping 6 syns :cry:

Surely this can't be right - the mango one is free and that is 87 cals whereas this is 116.

I was expecting maybe a syn or 2 but 6!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it a yoghurt, or not?

If it is, then you havent entered yoghurt as a free food allowance as 6 syns is a pure 1 syn per 20 calories.
If it *isnt* a yoghurt then it doesn't qualify anyway and so that calculation is correct.

Yes it is a yoghurt but I didn't put that as a free food!!!! Will try again and hopefully get a better syn value.

If it's this then it comes out as Free using yoghurt as free food
