Theyll be 1 syn per 20 calories so you can work it out from the info on the packet

I think the 30g bag is still a HEB if that helps but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong xx

The multi pack 24g bags are 4 syns each or the 30g bags are a hex or 5 syns.
