An anyone give me any idea of how many syns in a measure of midori?? Ty

According to this site, it's 80 cals / 1 fl oz or 30 ml (not much then!!).

Therefore it'll be 4 syns / 1 fl oz (using the 1 syn for every 20 cal rule).

Thanks! Thought it would have been a lot more as its it's a thick sticky liqueur (don't know how to describe it, lol) I couldn't find it anywhere, much appreciated
