hi can anyone tell me how many syns for a finest catch fish fillet with a garlic and cheese topping


also a season and shake rich beef casserole mix

sorry can't find either of these on sw site, the season and shake varieties on the site range from 3 to 9 syns per sachet, if you post the nutritional info per 100grams of cals, protein, fat, carbs and total pack size i or someone else can put the items through syns calculator!?

The season and shake thing will be 1 syn per 20 calories as theres no free food, so you can work it out from the info on the packet.

lovely thanks i think i have just worked it out to 6.5 per sachet which divided by 4 is not too bad
