Need help with this meal! :(

Well after the weigh in my mum cooked spag bol for the family (there was 4 of us) i only had a small amount but i didnt weigh in as she had already made it up i looked what mince she used and it was a big bag from iceland and it just said "beef mince" so i know i have to syn it but havent got a clue how much would be? any idea? it said for 100g 330 calories which on internet is 16 and half syns but i might of had more than 100g so do i just say i had 200g be on safe side? please help lol

I can't find it on syns online. Whats the nutritional info as it contains a free food allowance, will run it through syns calculator for you. And its best to overestimate your portion rather than under.

I wiuld just syn it as standard beef mince. If it doesnt say anything special on it it will be the full fat version.

Beef mince, more than 20% fat, 100g raw 9

The stuff on the pack? ok Calories per 100gram 330, Protein 24.4, Carb 0.9, Fat 25.4 Packet size as whole 990gram. we didnt use whole bag wel near enough but was divided between 4 xx

Ok so its only 9 syns for 100 gram there is like 900 gram in the packet and it was divided between 4 so that like 225 gram each if i round it to 300 that 27 syns yeah?

Well in the calculator that is coming out at 87.5 for the full bag. For 200g 17.5 syns

wel if i divide 87.5 between for it come up 21.875 so il round it to 22 lol? it is right oh god i got headache lol

ok so if i divide 87.5 between 4 people it should be 21.875 lol so il round it to 22 that right? wel that other women said 100 is 9 syns so shall i just go with highest number to make sure which would be 27 syns my head hurts lol!!

It still is 9 syns per 100g - but the bag holds 990g - thats nearly 2.5 times as much as 100g each!

The calculations youve got are all correct and all totally correlate to the 9 syns per 100g figure. The whole bag is 990g so 87.5 syns, then divided by 4 is about 22 syns as you say Youve eaten it now so I wouldn't worry Its only a few syns over, nothing to worry about
