colemans sausage casserole mix

I used this as directed with water but don't know the syns. It said 300 calories per portion but not sure if that is with the sausages etc. Any ideas on the syns for the mix alone?

If the mix packet states 300 calories per portion, I'm guessing that it means just for the mix - not including the sausages and other ingredients you would add to it.

Sausage and herb casserole by Coleman's is 6.5 for the sachet =)
