McDonalds!

I'm off to McDonalds with the family tomorrow and really don't want to be a party pooper and not have anything, I saw on the McDonalds site that their grilled chicken with no bacon salad only has 115 calories. How many syns is this on green? I'm confused because I know chicken is a hexb on green but obviously this wouldn't work with McDonalds because I don't know the cooked weight.
