the ingredients list on carton are
sauce: 40% tomatoes, 6.8% beans,onions,red peppers,
6.8% tomato puree, coriander, garlic, red wine vinegar, veg oil, cornflour, pok gelatine, red chilli
0.7% sugar, chilli powder, pepper,garlic & onion powder
rice: 40% basmati rice, 32% peas, 1,7% coriander, 15% chicken

The top ingredients on the list are so I can enter the free food. Only the top ingredient counts so if that's tomatoes it comes out as:
12 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
That does sound a lot though
If I use rice as the free food I get:
6½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
which sounds more believable. Its a bit hard to say without actually seeing the packaging.
