Just found this in tesco and thought I'd give it a try

Per tablespoon
calories 14
sugar 0.9g
fat 0.8g saturates 0.1g
salt
0.3g

Would I be right in thinking that this is at least 1 syn or have I got it wrong..........again lol

On syns online it says that it's 0.5 syns per tablespoon =)

OMG thats even better.............SW chips and Lighter than Light mayo for supper it is then lol


I was really missing my mayo and had no time to make a syn free one......

Hellmans lighter than light is 0.5 syns too so its the same
