Hi everyone, thought I would share something that someone brought to group this week.

Our local freezer shop, jack fulton, is selling Kraft Fat Free mayo, and apparently it is syn free!! It has been put through the calculator and our consultant confirmed it was free!!

This is what the jar looks like - Kraft Mayo, Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing, 15-Ounce Jars (Pack of 4): Amazon.com: Grocery & Gourmet Food
R-168975
hopefully it should be on sale in cheapy shops (heron, jack fulton, places like that??) :D looks good to me!!

Did you know that it’s possible to have FREE mayonnaise?! Homemade mayonnaise takes just minutes to make.

Mix together 6 tbsp of fat free fromage frais, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar and 2 tsp granulated artificial sweetener. Blend 1 tsp mustard powder with 1 tsp water and stir into the dressing. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and hey presto, Free mayo! If sealed in an air-tight container and refrigerated, this will keep for up to 5 days. Is lovely.

saw it on the slimming world website and thought i would share with you all.
