Chinese Chicken Curry syns worked out

Hi guys. I've searched on here before for syns for Chinese chicken curry without much joy. I decided to treat myself to my favourite takeaway tonight and worked out the syns by googling the nutritional value and entering it into the syns calculator. So for a 350g portion it came to 17.5 syns on EE which sounds about right. Not something for every Friday night but it was so much yummier knowing I could syn it correctly!

Try searching "chinese chicken curry" in the 'Eating Out Forum'. I was going to post a link to a specific thread for you but there's a few there, so you can have a good mooch. One interesting post says you have to be careful with the serving size as most are nearly double the 340g quoted for the nutritional value

Yeah they are I weighed mine and it was 450g. Just thought id post this for others as its asked a lot.

Thank you for this! I've been trying to find this out for a while. Think I will skip the chicken curry and go for the chicken in black beans sauce with noodles as this is a less syn option!
