    These are scrummy

    I found these at work yesterday, they must be new out. 6 syns for the whole thing, i shared 1 with my friend so 3 syns each ( it comes in 2 pieces like a timeout) it was very scrummmmy.

    The packet says 56 cals for half, so they'd be 3 syns each per half, or 5.5 for the whole packet. 20 cals=1 syn
    So:
    56 cals=3syns
    112 cals=5.5syns
    HTH

    How did you get 12 syns from 114cals??

    I have never had a milky way crispy rolls so cant comment, sorry. Very nice though x
