Syn value of Non Alcoholic Beer

You can use the 20 cals = 1 syn rule for this.

There is a syn free option of 0% alcohol beer - it's called Equator and peeps have reported finding it in Tesco (not sure if available anywhere else)

I can't use the standard 1 syn per 20 cals as there is no info on the can.......which I thought was weird....Just a list of ingredients
No NVs either

Thank you

Do you know that Equator do one that is syn free? I bought it from Tesco and I think it was advertised in feb/march edition on the SW mag

Just thought I'd let you know if you fancied one with fewer syns

I've tried to get it in store and online and they are out of stock

Equator is okay as a substitute (bit watery), especially when considering it is syn free, but would rather tuck into a Becks Blue for 3(?) syns!

I've not heard of the becks blue? Is it low alcohol?

Becks Blue is alcohol free - vaguely recall that it is 3 syns a bottle - remember being surprised it was so low! I have found it to be the best tasting of the non-alcohol beers, but that's all down to taste, of course :)

You are right, MisterQ, the Becks Blue is 3 syns on all plans
Beck's, Alcohol Free, 275ml bottle3
