Thread: Gluten free dietary specials crisp bread

Hi!
Does any one know the syn value for the DS specials crisp bread? Or super market alternative?
I love the gluten free oat cakes but trying to find something with lower syn value that i can substitute them with!! If you have any other ideas id love to hear them!
