Thread: Asda American Ranch Style Salad - Syn Value Please help??

Hi everyone,

I'm having a rare Red day and really struggling...

Ive just had a bag (yes a whole one!!) of Asda's American Style Ranch Salad Kit and it was lovely! I added cooked bacon to it too

I've tried to look up the syns and i think?! its 4 for the bag (It has a small pouch of dressing and croutons inside)

Could anyone tell me if this is right? Its a 300g bag.

Hi Tia, it's 4 syns per 100g so 12 syns for the whole bag

OOh I love this salad although I dont use the croutons and dressing. I have it almost every day!

i love this too and think then dressing and crunchy bits are worth 6 syns for half the salad but if i had it with jacket pot would it count as superfree?

Hi just bumping this up, i looooove the asda ranch salad, does the syn value mentioned above icluce the ranch dressing that comes with it? Please say yes, it would be worth the syns to me!!!

how many syns would this be on ee please?

Would it just be the dressing and croutons that we would have to syn? Surely the 'salad' bit would be free? X
