Syns in Batchelors golden savoury rice?

Hi, I wondered if anyone can tell me the syns in batchelors golden savoury rice please? I joined class last night and got my members card but they didn't give me a pin number so can't go online to see if I can find this out! Thanks
 
I'm 99% sure it's free :D
 
Just checked online and yes it is. Be careful though as some shops own brands are not.
 
Batchelors savoury rices are all free. As babylove said though, watch out for supermarkets own brands as these are not always free. If you stick with Batchelors you'll be fine.
 
I used to live on them. I would have also added a beaten egg at the egg and cooked for a few minutes making a fried rice type meal ;)
 
Hi all, I've done a search but cannot find the most up to date syn values for these. Can anyone help please? I'm not a member and won't have the money until after Xmas to join but I'm hoping to start my sw journey tomorrow. Thx so much
 
I just checked online, the rice is very high in syns on a red day...I always thought they were free on all plans
