    Syn free quorn products????

Hi, loving this forum, I am doing this from home as sadly there are no meetings near to me on the days I can do :-(. Just wondering if anyone could let me know what quorn products are free to eat, please. :-).

Products I eat that I know are free are: mince, bbq sticky fillets, red onion burgers, swedish style meatballs, steak strips and smoky ham slices. Also know the roast, all deli meats ie chicken style, ham style etc, ginger chilli and lime fillets, chicken style pieces and plain fillets are free xx

You have to be careful with some supermarkets own brand meat free products too.

I was buying the Morrisons meat free mince for ages, then i found out it wasn't syn free!

The only supermarket own mince that is free (that i know of), is the Asda one. A bit cheaper than Quorn
