    Savoury rice - Syns calculator question

    I have a pack of Morrisons savoury rice which isn't on syns online. I've put it through the syns calculator twice, if I put the free food as dried rice it comes out as free, if I put it as dried rice (savoury pot) then it comes out at 2 syns....

    Would it be the savoury pot one because its a pack of savoury rice or does the savoury pot literally mean like a pot noodle style?

    The one I have is in a packet like the bachelors savoury rice

    Hi i know some of the savoury rice's are not free, i had one of the asda's ones the other day and when i looked it was acutally 1.5syn the whole pack, i think it may just be the bachelors ones that are free.

    It's so confusing at times, will just count it as 2 syns for the pack to be sure
